A reception TV helps visitors find the next class and the correct studio. A waiting-area screen can introduce trainers, new programmes and membership terms. Outside a studio, the current class name and next start time are useful. One long advertising playlist across every screen rarely answers these different needs.
Build separate playlists for each area. Make the time and studio prominent on schedule slides, and show the service name and booking method on offers. Prepared images and short videos work for advertising inside your own club. Buying advertising space in other gyms is a separate task: dslite manages playback on connected screens.
Prepare a readable class schedule as an image or layout. Account for daytime and evening visitors: playlists can change by weekday and hour. When a session is cancelled or moves to another studio, correct the material and publish a new version. The player receives the change when it is online.
Set dates for offers. Trial sessions, seasonal memberships and weekend events should stop appearing when they end. Keep ongoing materials alongside promotions so the playlist stays useful. This workflow does not automatically retrieve schedules from a CRM or booking system; the club team prepares and reviews the content.

Name devices by club and location, such as “Central — reception” and “North — studio 2”. Screen groups let you publish a shared campaign across clubs while retaining local schedules and notices. One person can prepare the materials and a location manager can review them before publication.
After an update, check device status and request a screenshot. Fully downloaded images and videos keep working during a temporary network outage. A screenshot helps verify playback, but does not itself measure viewers, class bookings or membership sales. Evaluate an offer through its chosen response method.
Choose one TV and a clear task: show upcoming group classes or explain a trial-session offer. Connect a compatible Android box over HDMI, install the app and pair the screen with your account. Upload actual materials and assess readability from where visitors stand.
Test daytime and evening playlist changes, offer expiry and remote updates. Once the process is clear to the administrator, connect other areas. Subscription cost depends on screen count; TVs, players and creative production are separate. A single screen is a useful starting point during the trial.
No. dslite manages content on your own screens. Agreements with venues and advertisers are arranged separately.
In this workflow, your club team publishes prepared materials. Automatic CRM or booking-system synchronization is not part of the process.
Yes. Group screens by location or area and combine shared content with local playlists.
Content past its end date is skipped. Keep regular offers or other ongoing content available in the playlist.
